October 18, 2019：[Important notice] To customers using ROBUSKEY on macOS

We have found issues in ROBUSKEY on macOS Catalina (v10.15) which has been released in October 2019. Unfortunately ROBUSKEY does not work on Catalina at this point and we have been making a modification to the product. Meanwhile, if you are using ROBUSKEY on macOS, please hold updating macOS or use ROBUSKEY on Windows OS. We will notify as soon as we release a modified version.
Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

December 23, 2018: Adobe CC 2019 Suported

Our product, ROBUSKEY for Adobe Photoshop and ROBUSKEY for Video are now support Adobe CC 2019. CC 2019 users are kindly advised to uninstall ROBUSKEY, download trial (latest) version from this site and install/activate it.

June 29, 2017: EULA Updated

End User License Agreement of "ROBUSKEY for Photoshop" and "ROBUSKEY for Video" has been updated. Please refer to the latest EULA by downloading the latest version of our software.

June 29, 2017: Software Download Issue

We have confirmed that there is an issue on downloading "ROBUSKEY for Photoshop" and "ROBUSKEY for Video". The softwares downloaded via Internet on Mac OS Sierra may not be able to install properly. We apologize for your inconvenience. There is no such problem with downloaded on Mac OS El Capitan or earlier and Windows.

December 9, 2016: Supporting Adobe CC 2017 and 2015.x

ROBUSKEY for Photoshop and ROBUSKEY for Video now support Adobe CC 2017. The issue on Adobe CC 2015.x are also fixed. ROBUSKEY for Photoshop users who uses Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 or CC 2017 are kindly advised to download the latest version from here, and ROBUSKEY for Video users who uses Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 are kindly advised to download the latest version from here.

October 31, 2016: Supporting Mac OS Sierra Issue

We have confirmed that there is an issue which ROBUSKEY doesn't work properly on Mac OS Sierra. We apologize Sierra users for temporary inconvenience. On fixing the issue, an announcement will be released here. Thanks for your patience.

June 22, 2016: Support Status on Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5, Adobe After Effects CC 2015.3 and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.3

We have confirmed that there are a few issues on our products ran on Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro CC 2015.3. We apologize for users's temporary inconvinience and we would like each users on the following environment to wait for the following information. Thanks for your patience.

  • Installation unavailable
    Please refer to our "Installation Guide" and specify the location of Photoshop CC 2015.5 manually. Then, follow the rest of the installation procedure.
• ROBUSKEY for Video + Adobe After Effects CC 2015.3 and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.3
  • The following features do not work. These issues will be fixed shortly and will be announced here. We would like each users on the certain environment to keep your eyes open to check our announcement.
    • ROBUSKEY Green/Blue (Premiere Pro CC 2015.3)
    • Clip Alpha (After Effects CC 2015.3)
  • For After Effects CC 2015.3 users: ROBUSKEY Green/Blue are available by reinstalling ROBUSKEY for Video, specifying the location of After Effects CC 2015.3 manually. Please refer to our "Installation Guide" for detail.

December 07, 2015: License Server for Iur Products is Temporary in Maintenance

License server for our product (ROBUSKEY series, ISP Film Color series, Tamahada series) is in temporary maintenance. During the maintenance, all the activation / deactivation, whichever online and offline is not available. The maintenance would have been done by end of today(JST). Research Institute of Systems Planning, Inc. / ISP apologise for customer's temporary inconvenience.

December 15, 2014: ROBUSKEY for Photoshop on MacOS 10.10.x (Yosemite) Issue

Some cases have been reported that ROBUSKEY for Photoshop does not work on MacOS 10.10.x (Yosemite) correctly. We are consentrating to detect/solve the issue and we apologize customers for the temporary inconvenience. The latest information will be announced on this page.
